Here’s what I believe, at the core of everything I do: We are electric beings.

We’re not just skin and bones and blood work. We’re made of energy–every cell firing, every system running on its own frequency and vibration. So when something in your body goes off, it's not random. It’s a signal. Your body has been trying to tell you something, in the only language it knows how to speak–and most of the time, nobody's taught us how to listen. 

That's the problem with the way we're usually taught to think about health. We chase the symptom, quiet it down, move on to the next one — bloating gets a pill, fatigue gets more coffee, hormones get a prescription that treats the surface and leaves the source untouched. “When in doubt,--cut it out” .It's symptom management dressed up as healing. And if you've been doing that for years and still feel stuck, that's not a personal failure. It's just that no one's looked underneath.

My approach is different. I go after the root — physically and energetically — because that's actually where the imbalance started in the first place. Sometimes that means looking at what's happening in your gut, your hormones, your nervous system. Sometimes it means clearing an emotional or energetic block that's been sitting there for years, quietly running the show. Usually, it's both, because you're not separated into parts. You're one whole, electric system.
